University of Chittagong

The University of Chittagong (CU), established in 1966, is a prominent public, multi-faculty research university located in Chattogram. Known for having the largest university campus in the country—spanning over 2,000 acres of hilly, scenic landscape—it is a major hub for higher learning. CU offers a wide array of undergraduate and postgraduate programs and has a rich history of contributing significantly to the nation's academic research, culture, and intellectual development.

HEAT Bangladesh

The Higher Education Acceleration and Transformation (HEAT) project is a strategic initiative implemented by the University Grants Commission (UGC) of Bangladesh, primarily supported by the World Bank. Its core mission is to enhance the overall quality and global relevance of higher education in Bangladesh. The project focuses on improving graduate employability, fostering academic networking, empowering women in higher education, and building institutional resilience to navigate future challenges effectively.

Ministry of Education, Bangladesh

The Ministry of Education (MoE) of Bangladesh is the central government authority responsible for formulating and implementing educational policies, programs, and initiatives across the country. UGC Bangladesh

Established in 1973, the University Grants Commission (UGC) of Bangladesh is the apex regulatory and statutory body for higher education in the country. The UGC manages the distribution of government funds to public universities, assesses their financial needs, and advises the government on the establishment of new institutions and the formulation of progressive educational policies.
